Do you set goals and then fail to meet them?

That goal setting thing…yeah, that used to be me.

Today, I still set some goals, but I know that I’m in a frame of mind to meet them and I know that they’re moving me towards a larger and better life for myself.

I was talking to a friend last night. He happened to tell me that this time twelve months ago, he set eighteen goals for the year that’s just gone. Six months into 2018 he’d achieved only one goal from his list of eighteen!

Something had to change.

My friend (bless his soul) put down alcohol and turned his life around.

He told me last night that since he put down the grog, he’s well on the way to meeting the balance of those seventeen goals!

One decision can have an amazing impact on your life.

He’s no longer white knuckling life. Trying to hang on and wondering why it’s not going the way that it should for him. That was my exact experience when I put into place the things I want to teach you in today's video.

There’s definitely a better way to do this life thing.

I used to go to bed and hope that I wouldn’t wake up in the morning.

That’s absolutely no way to live.

Today, I can happily report that I love waking up in the morning (well, except this morning when the cat was sat on my leg and it cramped up…but that’s another story!)
